The Orchid features a split two-bedroom floor plan with two full baths and a walk-in master closet and en suite bathroom. Washer and dryer hook-ups are included in the second bedroom. The living and dining room have an open sight lines from the kitchen to make visiting with guests easy. The Orchid apartment also has a patio.
The Duplexes feature a spacious living and dining room space with kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer hook-ups. The master bedroom has an en suite master bath with tub-shower combo, and the second bath features a shower. All cottages have a one-car garage and full basement.
Our campus offers two options: an entrance fee** plan with a lower monthly fee, or a monthly accommodation fee without an entrance fee. Depending on the residence and finance option selected, monthly independent living fees begin at $2,595 per month if opting to pay the monthly accommodation fee or if choosing the entrance fee plan, rates start at $1,575 per month.
