“Medicare vs. Medicaid and Senior Community Living” is the first in a three-part series and is part of Topeka Presbyterian Manor’s Just Ask series, a free, ongoing lifelong learning program featuring information from local, regional and national experts on topics of interest to older adults and their families. “Long-Term Care Insurance Explained” will be March 30 and “Downsizing and Organizing for Seniors” will be April 13.
